First Order With Attitude PRaise and PRoblems

SO I placed my first order with the Tutde' About 3 weeks ago, paid for the t-shirt its a pretty cool shirt.

From U.K. to front door, about 7-8 days not bad thus far, upon opening and checking over my collectibles, I noticed a couple where smashed/squished.

MY LETTER:
Dear whom is may concern,

Hello; I received my order a day ago and upon inspecting my ordered
noticed that some of my UFO's along with some of the seeds which I had
actually paid for where crushed/cracked upon arrival.... These I.M.O.
are no good, and useless is there anything that can be done as for the
most part I am pretty content except for while that.......

Hoping we can work something out.

Hi

I am sorry you are dissatisfied with your souvenirs, as you are aware we
sell these solely for souvenir and storage purposes and we cannot reply to
certain emails in conflict with this.

However you can send back any dissatisfactory items and packaging back to us to
forward to the breeder you are unhappy with to inspect with a view to a replacement or contact the breeder directly with your query.

Many Thanks and I thank you in advance for understanding we do not process
claims in the UK.

Now I did not say anything other then they are useless, even a collectible I.M.O. as they arrived damaged/broken, like buying a babe ruth baseball card and it comes torn in pieces.

Worthless even for nothing more then being a collectible. As well not what you expected and not what they should have been planning to deliver.

Anyone else have such issues them?!
 
I was just shocked at there reply, telling me because of how i worded my letter the damaged bean was not there fault.

I wrote back got a different person and they said in my next order just to drop a note for the lady whom wrote me back, of what the damaged beans where and they would be replaced no problem

Just took a few letters but glad it was resolved.
