First New Grow...help from all needed!!!

Hey everybody.Im new to the growing thing and had a couple of questions.....i wann make cheap grow room with the space i have in a closet downstairs. right now i have a seedling waiting for it to pop through the soil.....all i have is one incandescant light bulb(i believe that the reg. lights you put in lamp) ive looked around walmart and i found cfls they are about 2500k and i wanted to knwo how many if you are looking to growonly two plants i have them in the MG moisture control(i already know bad but im limited in funds so this is the soil that i have to use...next grow i will know.....now i want to make a easy and cheap way to set up the lights and approximately how much....there are two vents...and my dad is cool so i dont have to worry about smell and ventilation. I love to smoke it but tiredof paying these prices without having anything good. The seeds i have are bagseed from some of the closest thing i have found to something exotic since ive been smoking..and ive been smoking for about 9 years...so any help will be appreciated

Yo man for 90 bucks i bought a 150 watt hps that will give you nice results. If not that get t5 floros they give out alot more lumens and if you can buy both you`ll have a nice lil closet setup

you want 65k 1st for vegging ten switch out some for the 27k

Ya def i have also gotten good results by using a lil warm lite during veg and a lil cool lite with bud but only as supplement just to have as much spectrum as possible.

I use 22k 50k and 65k during veg then during bud i switch my 65 k to 27k, nice variation is good.

With your budget and situation, 65k cfl's for veg and 27k cfl's for flowering. I would get as many as you could afford and give the plant as much light as possible.
18 on/6 off for veg (approx 4 weeks)
12/12 for flowering
