First indoor grow need help!!!

Ok this is my first indoor grow and i want to do it right. I have my box frame set up. On the bottom its 22 inches long and 19 inches wide. It is 30 inches tall. (mesurments close to acual and done from inside box) I need help getting my box all finished up so i can start growing. I am planning on useing soil. I already bought 2 computer fans and 2 earthbulb 16-watt Floodlight CFL's. I need to know if these are ok lights or what? So i need help with lighting things and what not. O and i was thinking like 2 plants.
Here are the picture of my box.
(I also spray painted the inside of my box with metalic finish just ran out and didnt get much on the door and none on the ceiling or floor dont know if that matters but the door has a coat of white paint on it all the box got white paint before the metalic stuff.)

Those flood bulbs you got are what, 4 inches tall? Put them in a socket and you got at least six inches right. Now you gotta hang it. No, that takes too much space.

I think what you want are the standard size CFLs You can mount them vertically or horizontally to save space. They come in two colors, daylight and soft white. You want both. Daylight or 6500k is for vegging and soft white or 3000k is for flowering.

I have a florescent T5 hood and 26w cfls on the side with 18w cfls along the back.
Heres a pic.

More pics in my dual cabinet journal link below.

Good luck.

I'm not positive but that metallic paint could be poisonous to your plants, specially when the lights heat it up a bit.

But as Cruzer said above, you would probly be better off with a t5.

Good Luck

I been playing around with lighting in small spaces for a while now.
you are going to need every inch later on when it is a bitch to change things with plants in there. Return the flood lights and get either a t5 setup or standard 26 watt CFLs.

You can do like I did and find a vanity fixture for about $15 and cut an extention cord female end off and wire it up for the plug.
There is a guy on ebay who sells the t5 lights for like $69
