First Indoor Grow - Did I pick out good/safe Supplies?

Hey I am going to do my first grow. These are my concerns in order from most important:
1. SAFETY!
2. Stealth
3. Good Yield

I am very concerned about safety as you may tell. I went to my local Home Depot and picked out some supplies I thought I would need to grow. I am going to grow in a [small] crawl space. I am growing a low sized plant that I have picked. In the crawl space its a couple of feet high. I'd say maybe 4+ feet high.
There are two wooden beams that go across the ceiling of it. If you look at my items I picked out a bar to hang the light from.
My concern as I said is safety. I would very much appricate it if I got input on if its safe to do.
In the crawl space there is insulation. I don't know if that makes a difference.
I suppose if a picture is needed I can provide one at some point.

Here is a list of my items I bought:

Also my CFL said that a timer should not be used with it. But the timer I got said CFL ready. I am planning on using the extension cord and than plugging the timer in the extension than CFL to timer. Is that ok?
If somebody can check that all the ratings do match up thatd be awesome. I think the CFL and reflector do match good but Id like a second opinion.

Thank you very much to whoever responses!

EDIT:

Pictures -

I also thought about putting a somewhat small size fan in there while the door is closed. Would that be ok? Than when I can I will open the door and put the fan outside so the plant will get fresh air.

everything looks good man, it should work safe and awesome, but have you thought about ventilation??? that's one of the biggest concerns in an indoor grow op...

Thanks for the response! :D

And yes I did think about ventilation. I posted about it in my edited post (and put up pics).

SLB is right dude. Get your ventilation in order or you will be pulling your hair out the whole gow which wont be very long if the heat gets too high.
