First Hydro grow..really need some pruning help, 4th day flowering

Hi guys, hopefully i can get some advice. This is my first hydro grow, my plant is in its' 4th day of flowering. I noticed that the bottom half of the plant is not receiving much light, and all the new growth seems to be so clumped together in the upper half of he plant. In the pictures you can see there are around 6 leaves that are just resting of the base of the hydrobox. Now my question is, can i prune these? how do i go about doing it, and how much of it should I prune?
