First Hydro Grow in Supercloset Superflower.beginner!!!

Hey all I just got a supercloset Superflower growbox. .The shop in chico has clones but they are in dirt.Can i use them? u figured no it will clog the hyro system.I have Seeds,So how do i start seeds for use in my system. plz help and be gentle i am a noob at this hydro stuff. TY

You can start your seeds in a moist paper towel and try to keep it worm. It will take a few days to see the seeds starting to pop roots. Then you can transfer them into what you will be growing them in (like rockwool or something like that).

What type of hydro system is it? Drip, ebb and flow, deep water, est.

ty so much 4 ur help.i will be using rockwool that came with the box.what should my light schedule be to keep seeds from getting stringy?

It all just personal preference, 18 hours of light or more. What kind of light will you be using? Watts? and what spectrum?
