Looks a little over watered but I wouldn't say it's about to croak lol, just wait to water until the cup is light, pick it up every like 12 hours or so and after a little you'll be able to pick up on the weights

I'm pretty sure it's just because I just watered this morning and I used flash

I would fill in more dirt up to the bottom of the leafs
