First grow

First grow as title states. About 3 weeks from seed, 2.5'x4'x6.5' tent, 400w non cooled light. Bag seeds in promix organic soil, no nuts added yet. Just want to make sure plants seem healthy and on schedule so any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.

they look nice and healthy, dont really need nutrients when growing with a soil like that.
but if you notice they start going pale or having other deficiency issues, then look at adjusting your feeding.
Your doing well so far but you are going to have issues later in your grow, due to your plants being all different sizes/heights.
I would advise you to look into plant training FIM/LST/Mainlining to get you and even canopy so your plants grow at the same controlled rate.

Very nice start fella. I see you have 1 youngster in the group and different aged plants running together can be a bit of a pain trying to keep them the same distance from the lights but that asie, it looks good so far, resist the urge to overwater and overfeed ( classic new growers alost certain mistake) and try not to fuck with them to death, as some people do. Remember its a weed, and often if you just let it do its thing, thats the best in the long run.
