First Grow

So im just starting my first grow and after about three days in the soil my plant looks like this. Im kinda concerned by the length of the stem and lack of development in the leaves its been four days now and the leaves havnt gotten much bigger. I put the baby plant in a window while i was getting my lights ready so they havnt had anything besides natural light until tonight. Is this a reason for concern or is it all in my head?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. 030.jpg

u need ALOT more light....bury it again all the way to the leaves....preferably in a bigger pot and get a light closer to it....its streatchin to get to the light....and if u bury it that whole white part will easily turn to root
