First grow using flouros, been 12/12 for a week

This is my first grow and I am using two 48" 80 watt HO flouros. It's all I could afford but I have cut the light to 12/12 for a week and need some advice on watering, fertilizing and making sure I dont have any males left. thanks and happy smoking

how long did u veg?
did u cut the light down to 12/12 for flowering or for some other reason?
what kind of nutrients do u have? or do u need advice on witch nutes to use?
what do u mean by "having any males left".have you already found some males?

never water everyday!!
when watering the important thing to remember is "its not how much water you use at once but how often you water".. when ur soil is very dry take a meantle note of how much that pot weighs. give your plant plenty of water until you see plenty of runoff. dont water again until the pot is light again! (could take 3-7 days)
