First grow updated pics, should i switch to bloom?

Here are pics of my first and second grow... please give me your thoughts on if i should switch them all to bloom or not? I am not worried about yield size but quality is my goal. I just want to get better at this....

I would get those plants happy before going to bloom. You seem to have a few plants with some serious yellowing happening, not a good sign.

My thoughts are they are still to small,I wait until they are 14-17 inches tall from soil to tip of top bud ,then change lights to 12/12 and start flower Nutes Happy Farming ,Cajun
