First Grow - Tips of leaves yellow spots

You can't really tell from the picture, but the tips of the leaves are starting to get small blotches of yellow. I'm using CFLs to grow in soil. The plant is just under two weeks old.

What have you done to it so far? What kind of soil? Is there holes for drainage?
