this is the first grow i have ever attempted. i started them from seeds that just came from a good bag that we smoked. they are about a month and a half old, and due to space i just put them into a 12/12 light cycle to begin flowering already. i'm really not expecting a ton since this IS my first grow and i'm learning how to do this while i'm actually doing it.
when i had them in a smaller space that was coated in tin foil, they were thriving! doing very well, they were very perky, etc. it seems that they didn't like the move but it had to be done because they were hidden in a hutch that was in my living room and started to stink up my house and my parents and sister come by once in a while to visit and made a comment that they smelled skunk haha...
right now i am just using cfl's for lighting and they are growing in soil. i have read that overwatering could cause leaves to wilt but it's almost like they are doing more curling than they are wilting.
i am not currently feeding them anything, so tonight i am going to kmart to hopefully pick up some food (if it's lack of nutrients that is causing this problem) i just don't know what kind of food is best (that i can find at kmart, or walmart) for flowering. i am currently using a 100w cfl (the swirly looking kind) and also a fluorescent tube but i am going to get some more lights because in their new home (my closet) it's harder to get the light to concentrate on the plants since there is much more space.
i will attach some pictures but they aren't the best quality since i don't have a digi they are from my cell phone and it's hard to get a good picture of what i mean by the leaves curling anyway.
so my main questions are, is this from not enough light, no nutrients, overwatering (i only water when they feel like they need watered...) or what?! i'm so confused. is there any way to help the light reflect? my closet it painted white but it's nothing compared to the foil that i had inside the hutch which was also fully enclosed. also, when i go to kmart this evening what kind of nutrients should i be looking for? i know i need some type of fertilizer anyway, so besides more lighting what else should i buy tonight?
help!! please.
