First grow set-up (newbie): DWC Scrog

Hello all, this is my first post here although I've been lurking for some months now. The information on this forum is so great, thanks so much for everybody who posts. You're the only reason I (and a lot of other stoners) have decided to grow.

So here's the set up: A DWC system (using the Flora series nutes from GH), but in two separate grow tents (both tents are 76"x48"x8"- was thinking about flipping them on their sides and getting more plants, but lighting being too close to the ladies might be an issue). One tent for vegging and the other for flowering. In the vegging tent, I was thinking a 1000 watt MH. That is a lot, but more light the better, right? In the flowering tent a 1000 watt HPS. Should I buy a bigger grow tent or make one? Not sure what would need to be done for ventilation, a good fan in each tent (only one, since it will make negative pressure and save $$$), but the heat from the 1000's will be pretty hot. If I kept the current set up, how many Chronic plants could be grown (not sure about the one plant per foot average in this set-up)? I chose Chronic because of their huge main colas for Scrog'ing. Recommendations, modifications, and suggestions please!

Hey man I made my own cabinet for veg, and its working out awesome. I used plywood from lowes. I think the 1000w MH for veg is not really needed, I use a 4ft 6 bulb T5 that puts out 30K lumens. Much cheaper to run also. Here are a couple pics to give you an idea. If you have any other questions feel free to hit me up.

Awesome, very simple but I bet it's productive as hell. How many plants are you growing?
