First grow problem

4 weeks old haven't been given any food yet grew in big bud soil anyone know what the problem could be it seem to be just starting any help would be much appreciated thanks in addavance.

Could be a bug...get some neem oil and give it a spray...it's good practice to have neem oil for occasional preventative spraying also...g/l

shouldnt be anything to worry about unless it gets bigger or spreads usually common on older bottom leaves
