First grow. need feedback, comments (good or bad)

This is an album of my first grow operation.
Let me break down my settup:
-6 compact flourecent light bulbs (4 23watts)(2 42 watts)
-miracle grow organic potting soil
-fertilizer (foxfarm tigerbloom)
-i water it other day
-i currently have what i think are fungus nats
-has been flowering for almost 40days now except i transported from friends house
-not in an enclosed in room
-oscilating fan

**My Question: I want to know what i can do to get rid of the nats, and to make flowering better. I also am planning on cutting it down by August 16-20. Im going to college on the 22nd and i want to try it before. Do you think it can happen?**

Post comments if you think it looks immature for the amount of time it has been flowering.

More lights, and get them 2" or 3" from plant ...... it should help.

you need to move your lights closer man, CFLs need to be 2 to 4 inches away from your plant
