First grow, Leaves starting to crisp

Hi all, its my first grow. I have my baby under 6 CFLs, the humidity is fluctuates between 35 and 40 and temp is pretty much always 78.

I noticed major droopage in the leaves last night but it perked up this morning.

Today I notice the very bottom leaves (at least one) is crispy and then the tips on a big leaf are starting to turn yellow.

The plant is about one month old and I have used Miracle grow 9-4-9 Tomato mix only on twice with a period of two weeks in between. I have used epsom salts twice as well.

Here are some pics.

The two in the middle are pics of the yellowing tips. The first pic is a leaf below it.

Any suggestions?

I need to know a little more, sorry. What's your soil mix? What your ph level?
Your using MG tomato mix for nutes? I don't like mg but tomato mix it the correct choice.
Epsom salts is ok but you may not need it.
But you need to take a ph level to know were your plant stands or what it needs.

So just tested pH for the first time, YIKES! looks about 7.3 ish... Can I just transplant the plant into new soil? Mostly regular potting soil, maybe some miracle grow mix, dolomite lime, and perlite? Because the current soil is MG potting mix and regular potting soil... Gonna test NPK now...
