First grow just for fun

So Ive been meaning to do this for a while now but I never seem to have the time to do all the typing needed but here goes


This is my fist grow ever

I started with just doing a LOT of reading then some more reading then I talked to a few of my friends and got some bagseed for nothing 7 seeds to be exact

I decided to try and germinate them from seed is those peat moss pucks that you see at places like walmart

and of the seven seeds planted I got ONE thats right ONE

but I figured Ill take it hell Im just in it for the fun of it all right

I started her out under 2 40 W flouros that have an adjustable hood but aparently I had the light too far away or somting cause my little lady became streachy right form the start

I figured MORE LIGHT thats the answer so I hooked up the 400W MH light that I had gotten and then things really took off

But first some Pics

The first one shows just how streachy she got before I went to the 400W MH

The Second one Is after a couple days under the big lights


The third and fourth one is at 3 weeks old and 14 days under the 400W MH


Please refrain from commenting till I get this right up to date

Ok so Im into this now about 4 and a half weeks to date

and Ive got my lady planted in a mixture of perlite vermiculite and peat moss in equal portions and she seems to be growing great

Ive been feeding with Shulz 20-30-20 all purpose plant food mixed at 1/3 strenght to start with

and I havent increase this mixture yet

shes been doing really well untill today

I went in and saw that she has some yellow spots and a little bit of shriveling on one leaf I thought maybe it was nute burn so I flushed with pure clean water and took a few PH readings

Nute solution was 7.6
Clean water is 7.1
Run off is 6.4

I know that I need to get a fan in there but the temp is a nice dry 75 ish here

did I do the right thing by flushing my girl or is there somthing that I have overlooked

Second is a close up of the yellow spots and some shriveling

Heres the last pic I have for now this was taken today its a nice side shot you can see the two 40 watt flouros in the background and you can tell that there is more light from above

lIm thinking about topping her but Im not sure where and Im worried about doing it right now with the little problems that Im haveing so it may have to wait Im just afraid that if I wait too long that it will be too late to top her

Yeah the 400 W MH does seem a little big for a just for fun grow but it was sonting that I had available to me for free so I figured why not

good choice on not topping it lol wait till there health and bigger


well with that 400w MH bulb you can grow some really fucking nice plants go online and buy a feminzied seed for fun and grow that trust me youll be happy in the end


damn i keep editing... the nutes your using i would wait a while before trying to feed them nutes lol

there realllllly strong when they jump back try 1/4... maybe even less and ween them on it

Ill be happy no matter what I dont smoke the stuff so if I get a female Ill probably just harvest it cure it and give it all away to my friends that do

Looked in on my little lady and it looks like Ill be able to switch to 12/12 maybe next week
