First Grow; I've got Hermies...

I've got hermies... my question: can you tell if they're genetic or stressed?

Maybe a week in to flowering, I identified pistils on the preflowers that were developing at the base of the branches against the plant's main trunk. Now, a week or so later, I notice what I assumed was bud growing on the tops of branches... this is my first grow, so I wasnt exactly sure what bud would look like as it started to develop. Well, it seems that what has developed is actually balls. Will I get any bud from these?

With them showing this late in the game, you can't really tell. I think genetics influence only with the help of the right environmental conditions for hermies.

Yeah, you should get some bud, but not very potent bud.
