First grow issues

Hey guys,
This is my first indoor grow attempt in a 32x32x64 grow tent with some 70$ Amazon grow light and some good looking seeds i had collected from buds. I wasn’t hoping for much but after the 4th weeks the results were much better than expected. But now I feel like the growth is slowing down and my plants are not doing so good. So is is the problem with my topping or my lights? And can someone tell me what is the best way to push air from the outside without a carbon filter?

Hey, please try to take pictures with normal light next time.
Are you feeding any nutrients?
What medium are you growing in?
Carbon filters are for filtering the air that’s coming out of the tent, for air circulation i just place the clip fan near the vent of the tent.

For nutes I am using Holland secrets 3-part formula
My medium is ProMix which i am hesitant about.
I have one fan sitting on the plants level and one clip on fan next to the light, I also just added a grow light that i had ordered from wish for 15$ hoping i can get more side branching. Sorry about the pics will post better next time

Those lights are weak so I would flip them into flower asap
