Hello, this is my second grow from seeds. I am interested in know if Fox Farm Happy Frog is a good soil to sow freshly sprouted seeds into. I used peat pellets/discs in the past and the peat moss tends to prohibit or at least slow root growth. I bought both Happy frog and Ocean Forest. In my trial and errors I found that the OF was a bit too hot and was told to start with Happy Frog with added perlite. Also, is it okay to use a root booster on a 2 week old plant? The peat pellet/discs really seemed to stay hard or compacted and the roots couldn't reach the soil properly. Any suggestions? Thanks!
