Ok, so heres a rundown on my babies...ive yet to get a hygrometer, EC/CF meter, (digital) pH meter, or thermometer, so temps n such are estimates...

-Day 23 veg, kept on 24/0 cycle
-4x4x6.5 tent, white-lined from American Hydroponics
-600w HPS sunmaster bulb in 6" cool tube
-FloraNova nutrients (one-part gro 7-4-10, one part bloom 4-8-7 with
Floralicious 1-1-1 spray/root drench)
-6" inline fan w/can filter
-4" squirrel cage fan (fresh air intake)
-30-40 gal aquarium heater, temps low 70s
-pH kept between 5.2-5.8
-3% h2o2 added daily
-c02 added through sugar/yeast solution and small paintball gun cylinders
-temps kept between 68F and 78F
-one or twice daily mistings with pure, pH balanced water
-nutrient solution at about 3/4 recommended dose at current plant stage

ive kept them ona twice daily watering schedule. started out what looked like deficiencies, but then sum suffered nute burn symptoms, then it just went from there lol. all of them seem to be sufferin from sumthin different, but its relatively mild and they are still growin at a good pace (at least i think? my first grow so i dunno wats considered fast lol) my tallest is about 9" and shortest (but bushiest) is about 7". i always heard the closer the light the better and it bein a cool tube i always kept it about 7" from the tips, but recently moved it to about 11 or 12". below are pics...any help identifying any of these problems woudl be great! from weeping to leaf cupping and discoloration...also, notice the 1 fan leaf with what i noticed today was 11 leaflets! the nodes below that one, there were 9? polyploidy maybe? or is this norm? anyways....thanks! :bigjoint:

i would stop misting for a few days(when misting the water ph should be 6.5) and go to 20/4 or 18/6 with the light. maybe set the timer to water 4 times a day not 2.try a little more nutes i don't see any burn but if you burn 1/4 inch of the tips thats perfect.

It's hard to diagnose without knowing the ph and EC... With hydroponics these are important factors that explain the plants reaction to your changes to it's environment. You should invest in them. It seems as if these are the only things you are missing. It could be overwatered, or ph too high/low, ppm/EC too high. The ph should be between 5.5-6.3. The only way to know is with the proper tools. Defficiencies could occur with any of the factors I mentioned. But they look overwatered.

hey thanks ppl! ill be sure n take advice from both...

so in Mel Thomas's Cannabis Cultivator guide it says flood n drain twice a day. now here in RIU ive read of people flooding as much as 10 times per day, which i admit to tryin for a couple days lol and they stopped growin n droopin. so i cut down to twice w/sum mistings and its not even all of the plants doin it, just a couple. im assumin ive got 2 diff strains (it was all a bagseed grow, one bag from mountain schwag thats the local, and a few seeds from sum good mids in ATL) the mountain im guessing a sativa and the ATL an indica. the indicas fan leaves have 9 to 11 leaflets, and are short and bushy as hell, and those are doin just fine, nice and green and flourishing. the sativas are whats givin me probs, a couple drooping, and another just started growing sideways for NO reason at all, with leaf cupping on some and brownish red spots on others.

so i can only assume (and as a newbie i can an prolly am totally wrong lol) that they cant be overwatered with 2 waterings a day. so perhaps maybe go to watering 3 timdes a day with no mistings and see what happens? also, could either one of u tell me what causes the red stems? again, just the sativa problem, their leaves are also stayin more of a yellowy green than just that dark, healthy looking green.

by the way ganjo, totally right bout the EC meters. i use the blue-drip test kit from sunleaves for ph (kept as close to 5.5 as possible) i plan on investing after this crop, the start up fee kinda wiped me out until then LOL but do u have a recommendation on whether a digi probe meter, or a submersible like a Truncheon? thanks again! happy growin
