First grow E.V.E.R..give me your wisdom!

What Up peeps....so im new to RIU and love it ...Have my first grow ever coming up and I am finishing up some loose ends..you might be changeing my mind from your advice. So I have a room built in the garage 8'w X 7 1/2' L X 7'H..have it insulated and sealed except where my intake fans in/out are. gonna do and ebb and flow system. 1000 w HPs light w/ sealed hood for cooling. looking for a small crop 6-8 plants. I would like to split the room into a 4 x 4 and another smaller one for clones roughly 15 - 20 where i was thinking about using the same ebb and flow setup but own table and res..butt for the light i was going to use are some T 5 Flourecent? I Guess my questionssssss are..

- would you split the room?
-will the T-5 work?
-how big of a charqoal filter will i need?
-how many outake fans? strenght?
-intake fans..how crucial?
-what point will I need cO2?
dont get me started on nute?

Think thats good for now hopefully more questions will come from your advice..

- would you split the room? ....-hard to do so no light leaks from side to side. maybe a tarp to block most of the light and a tent in each side
-will the T-5 work? ...-yes,if you have enough
-how big of a charqoal filter will i need? ...- not sure
-how many outake fans? strenght?...-will depend on your filter
-intake fans..how crucial? ..-not needed,just use a large opening for a passive intake.make sure it has a cover to keep critters out,a furnace filter works good
-what point will I need cO2?....-wait a few yrs,adding CO2 doesnt help until you get everything else dialed in.
dont get me started on nute?...OK but consider organic,tastes much better
