first grow couple pics

here is my first grow,i know there has to be problems with it,can i get a pros advice on cures and what not?i'm using 400 w mh in a 4x4 grow tent.a 14 gallon tote,using 5 gallon res.18/6 lite cycle.15 minutes water every hour.recipe for sucess nutes.2 large airstones going 24/7.the shorter plants are a week younger.

ah cool i have 2 seeds about 3 weeks old afgan kush and wappa, done with a mix of 125w cfl blue for veg but i sometimes put my 600w hps in there aswell they seem to love it
