First grow box!

Hey im going to be starting my grow pretty soon (germinating the seeds at the moment) and was hoping for some advice whether the setup is done right
i have 2 40W cfl and 2 60W cfls, flat white paint all inside the box, everything is light sealed except the fan holes ( 2 intakes on the bottom and 1 exhaust on the top)

Lookin good man, should be a nice little setup for you. If it were mine I would only change one thing... Set up your CFL's like pictured.. The extra light will definitely be worth it...
