First grow box addvice and help

Hey i am making my first grow box I need to move inside. So this is what i have come up with. The Box 4' w X 6' H X 20" depth in this i put 2 chambers top chamber 4' w X 2' h X 20" d which is for vegging and was supposed to have 6 T5 florescent s but dude i sent to the store came back with t12 fixtures and bulbs can i use these for anything? or do i scrap em? and get what i set out for the t5's? Bottom chamber is 4'w X 4'h X 20"D and is for flowering im planning on 6 plants to flower at a time and this will be powered by 1 procyon 100 L.E.D two spectrum and 4 2' t5 florescence. My first indoor grow and its gonna be organic. Im going to be growing Belladonna by paradise seeds (neverhad it befor sounds good no one round here has had it ) ok so there it is please critisize help comment critiuqe what ever let me know if it sounds good bad or what.

ok umm more direct With the t12 florescence i have 2 40 watt 48 inch philips plant and aquarium bulbs (the pink ones) and 4 philips 40 watt 48 inch dayglo bulbs. These were bought by mistake instead of t5's. So the question is do i scrap the t 12s n fixtures? can and do i use them? and if i used them would they be ok for the main source of light for my clones/vegging babbies?? or would they just be used as extra light? the other question i got is with the space im working with is it unrealistic to think i can flower my 6 in the chamber in progress? or does that number need to be cut down or in half? and my is my brand new $600 L.E.D. gonna do what high times, skunk, canabis culture and the dank say it will in there reveiws i researched n researched and it is the best for the buck and suppossed to do exactly what i need wich is BLOOM my crop in my confined space almost as well as 2 400 hps would with out the heat issue? I personally am used to outdoor grows and i am going off what i remember my brother doing in his indoor room.
