Well I began my first grow last week thinking I was ready and wow has it become tedious but enjoyable. I thought I read enough but wow was I wrong.
I started my own journal but Im going to start one online hoping that its easier to keep my photos and notes all in one place. What a battle it has been trying to sort out culprits for problems. Was it humidity? the temp? the air movement? over watering? under watering? nutrients? ph levels?
I picked up two clones one was Apollo and the other was Purple Haze. They were large clones since my friend was holding onto them for me while I got my setup built. Ill catch you up to speed with my experiences through this past week
Built a small grow box 1x4x2 with a t8 fixture mounted on the side and a second t8 ficture mounted on the top that can be adjusted. Took computer fans and put a intake and exhaust in the box. Wrapped the entire thing in room darkening blinds from home depot.
Here are some pictures of the plants the day I got them.

Day 2:
The plants appeared to be healthy still but I dropped the light accidentally and bent over my Purple Haze. I put a support and tied it up and seemed to be good

Day 3:
Plants seem droopy and not healthy.

Day 4:
Plants still seemed droopy after raising the temp and humidity- I gave them water

Day 5:
Plants grew dark green spots on leaves and still not healthy. I started them on technaflora recipe for success.

Day 6:
New leaves looked healthy old ones were still dark green and droopy. Each plant had 1 leave that had tears and looked nasty so I cut them down close to the tips.

Day 7:
I watered my plants again today. They were looking better so I took 2 clones off of Apollo and 1 clone off of Purple Haze. I strong up some twine and tied down the plants. Sprayed both the plants and all 3 clones with the recipe for success.
