First Grow! 3 Weeks in! Noob help Pls

Yo what’s good people.

Day 21 Since Planting Taproot

Taking a look at my plant, it seems like it’s growing pretty slow, but it’s doing it’s best and so am I. First true leaves look the weakest as they’re droopy and have some deficiency that I can’t tell. The first node is also slightly drooping but looks good for the most part.

Soil Amendment: coco coir, peat moss, vermiculite (organic jiffy seed starter mix)
Nutes used so far: FF Big Bloom and Silica Powder (Kelp4less)
pH: ~6.2 when I water
ppm: ~700

Questions:
1. What’s wrong with the first set of true leaves? Do they matter?
2. Why is my Internodal spacing distance short?
3. Why are the first true leaves droopy but all other nodes fine?
4. Should I top my plant? It is working on its 4th node I believe.
5. What is that dot thing on the first node on last pic? Does that indicate gender (idk if seed is male or female)

Right now, I’m assuming that it’s growing slow because there’s no microbes breaking down the nutes. I haven’t added mycorrhizae, Trichoderma, fulvic, or humid acid.

It's growing slow because there is not enough oxygen in the root zone. 30% perlite and no vermiculite would have helped.
I suggest you mix a 70/30 coco/perlite mix when you transplant......lose the peat moss and vermiculite and feed every day to run off.
These plants are 23 days from sprout for a comparison for you.

damn, nice. Yeah I messed up not adding perlite. I will when I transplant for sure. Also, I can’t remove the vermiculite cause it’s already mixed in unless there’s a way?
what nutes and soil or soil-less amendment do you use?

Don't worry about the vermiculite in the small existing cups.......just don't add it when you transplant.

I use a 70/30 coco/perlite mix.
GH MaxiBloom from start to finish......no grow.
I use tap water, so cal mag is unnecessary.
Silica.
GH KoolBloom.

And that's it.

I meant the vermiculite is already mixed in the soil amendment I bought (jiffy seed starter mix)

I wouldn't use the seed starter mix or the peat moss or the vermiculite when you transplant.....coco and perlite is all that's needed for a perfect grow.

yeah, it’s hard to find just coco here that’s why I went with that. I’ll definitely keep that in mind next time. Will probably just order it

Man I wish mine looked that good! These are at 21 days. Planted in Kellogg’s organic with no nutes yet. First two weeks were outdoors.

if it’s coco then it’s inert, meaning no nutes. But perfect for germination and sprouting. So maybe you need to add nutes at a minuscule amount or use tap water that may have some water hardness (cal-mag possibly other micronutrients).
I’m new to this so definitely do some more research. Your plants are good tho, just taking a long time cause nothing to eat, maybe?

Maybe. Everything I’ve read says just soil and water for first few weeks. Was going to wait until transplant to mix in fertilizer. Using dr earth granular.
