First DWC grow, need some help :)

I am looking to grow 3 plants and I really want to yield around 5oz total. Ive looked through some grow journals that people are using like 6.5gallon tote for 3 plants for DWC with 250w mh/hps and he yieled around 3.3oz and I dont think he used any liquid ferts either.

I have two choices in space, I have like a 2.8W x 4L space , and a 3x3.. I don't really want to use a 400W like system because all the heat etc so I was thinking using a 250W light, will this suffice for 3 female plants in a 10gallon tote?

I can only find one question in there and the answer to it is yes. And I think you should be able to get more than 5 oz from 3 plants if done well.

without a doubt yes you can grow in those spaces.

Right on guys! Thats just one less step to getting all my equipment for my grow Thanks, any1 else got anymore input? Will a 10gal tote suffice?
