first cfl grow possible problem

I have grown this plant for 7 weeks on wed 3-27. Im not sure what type it is because I found the seed in a mixed bag. I have been flowering the plant for almost two weeks and I see no sign of bud forming. I have twelve 30w lights 6 on two sides of the plant and a 200W directly over the plant. I am using fox farms trio:-/

Shes looks mostly healthy. She will bud for sure just give her time. Cold temps or stress could slow the process down. I have had plants go 4 weeks in 12/12 before flower. Sounds like a sufficient amount of light also. She will blow up for ya. I'd give her another week or two. Update when she starts budding

It will take a bit longer to show signs of flowering, like said above, give it another few weeks of 12/12 and she will start budding. Do you have some plans to add 2700k lights as that is the spectrum you want for flower? I usually do a 4-1 ratio of 2700k and 6500k. The plant looks great though!
