First Auto topped and lst.

Day 38 of my first auto to be topped and lst. Canopy is pretty even so can I stop training?

Topping autos is generally not recommended. They only have a certain amount of time before they decide to flower. So you could be hurting your final yeild. Lst on the other hand is good but looks like your outside buds will grow large and the inside will stay shorter. Not a big deal youre doing ok. Just gentley keep the canopy similar height and youll do just fine

Now how many growers in the world do autos and how many of them in your polls decided "topping autos isn't recomended"? Thanks.

I think you can stop. The bud sites are exposed. Your plant would benefit from increased light.
Here's a tip for your next go round. Grommets make for easy lst on fabric pots.
