I think this overclassification is a very valid point, regardless of who did what. There should be strict standards for what is qualified to be classified, who can classify information, and how long it should stay classified for. Much stricter rules about who can check classified information out, and where they can take it, need to be implemented, immediately.

would it be that hard to set up a secure terminal in a WH meeting room, which is the only place classified documents are allowed to be viewed, and the terminal is wiped daily? seems like that ought to be fairly simple to implement.
