fertilzer.. yes or no and why ?

I found some Vigoro 15-30-15 all purpose fertilizer in
my garage a couple days ago. It dissolves into the
water yu give your plants. I wanted to kno if its a
good idea to use on my plant ?

All fertilizers work. There are many factors on how much to give. That one 15-30-15 is for flowering.
