i will tell you i have a buddy that works for weed man lawn care and i got a sandwich bag of some lawn fertilizer, which weed man makes. i used 4 tiny slow release granulers in about every 1 gallon pails (buried) to start. That ferlizier released nutrients to the plants for 8 weeks straight no lie. The stuff is like so crazy that it waters itself in slowly during every rain period at that application rate a 4kg bag would last forever(glad i have 4 bags) I am sure scotts turf builder would also do good. Just be careful not to over do it because they will burn your plants fast. I used like i said 4 tiny granulers for every 1 gallon pot that i buried in the ground(clones). I also never ever watered them from june till october i let mother nature take care of it all. I am sure that if i would have put 4 more granules on in june it could have been better, or worse either way not putting on the second application made for clean smoke because it definitely would have leached in 20 weeks. I also know it wasn't a fluke as well because i've done it more than once
