Those aren't pistils, those are just the stipules (hairs are white, stipules are green)

Wow that's one crazy looking Sativa.

Get more picture, but if it is. It's outside and you cant do much for it but water it and keep it alive.

It's very hard to see anything, but I just had a sativa do the same sort of looking thing. That 1st pic maybe looks like a female flower with one pistil growing out. Right at the top is where it will be at least. Try to take something clearer! Sending you good female vibes.
