my plant is a little over 2 weeks from start and its been growing more leaves then stem growth. ive heard that females grow more leaves then stem is this true?

You realy cant go based on somthing like that it may take a little longer to show its a female, males are just known to grow faster some male strains can still grow bushy. When the plant gets older they'll form white hairs, little balls, or both.

ha nvm. your plant isnt old enough to determine sex man.. wait awhile. dont worry about it yet.

Wait until your plant is 7 nodes high then look at the 6th node and there you can see sex.

the nodes are the fingers on the fan leaves?

Nodes are where the leaf stem meet the stalk.

When you look now you will see they are straight across from one another, as time passes you will see them alternate (nodes) that mean they are mature and now ready for 12/12
