You can mix different fertilizers but you need to be careful with overfeeding or feeding an unbalanced ratio of nutrients as too much of any one nutrient can cause nutrient antagonism which can lead to lockouts and deficiencies. You should have an understanding of what's in everything you feed and how they all work together or you can end up with issues.
