I've been using a Plant House for several years with no issues, got it on sale from growershouse. A cheap Vivosun would probably be fine too. Gorilla makes great quality tents but the prices are high, I'd personally rather build something before I paid that much for a tent.
JBC seeds has a great selection and takes multiple forms of payment. Great lake genetics and DCSeedExchange also have a nice selection but only take cash/money order. Some breeders have their own sites as well (Greenpoint seeds, RadoGear for Cannarado seeds, Esos seeds, etc).
