Fan too loud in grow tent

just setup my grow tent and noticed my fan is a little bit too loud. I can hear it when I walk past the room, more to the point is that it is in my bedroom!

I have seen silencer boxes but I do no know how the hell that attach to the top of the tent!

Anyone got any tips or suggestions as to how I can make it more quiet?

Speed controller specifically made for the inline fans or you can try wrapping the fan in towels or they make noise reducers for 6" fans or bigger

Insulated ducting makes a big difference. Also hang the fan from bungie cords or something similar to reduce noise from vibrations.
