fan question

I am thinking of doing a 3'deep 5'long 6' tall grow box I am going to use soil. Do about 6-8 plants if 10 fit cool. I will be using a sunsystem7 super spec light{the one with mh and hps built in) My questions is should i use the 400w setup which has 400w mh and hps or should i use or 1000w which is 400mh and 600 hps? Also how many and what size fans should i use? I plan on having my inlet fan low and my outlet located behind the light so i could vent the light and room. any help is greatly appreciated.

The more watts on the hps side=higher yield. Seeing as how you wont be running mh and hps at the same time a decent fan like 200cfm should do well.

Thanks one thing thow would it make a difference if i did run the mh and hps at the same time? I heard that both together will give you a wider spectrum even in veg and the lamp and ballast is set up to run together

Forgot so you think 200 cfm on intake and one on the outtake i am going to try to put a t in the outtake so i can vent the light and room at same time

How would you run two bulbs off one ballast? (2) 200 cfm fans will be plenty for what you are doing even with the T duct.

havent bought yet I got my box built but ran into the questions. what type of ducting would you use i was thinking like the flexduit stuff ? Also which would you go with I thought the 800 system would be good but i know more light never hurts?along with the intake/outake fans i will be running 2 12" fans in the box for circulation. This is my first true indoor. Got the aerogarden going but outgrew already. I just want enough so i dont buy none anymore. I plan on 4 strains

Yea you sound like you know whats up. Circulation shouldn't be a problem with all those fans. More light=better results but do what your budget allows as you can always upgrade after your first grow.

oic those are some good looking buds though I know this dont relate to this subject but have you or anyone ordered from attitude seeds? I have had good luck with dr chronic but been hearing a lot more bad about him. Kinda worried bout trying different company

jayrock, sounds like it's going to be a nice set up man. I'm in the very beginning stages of building a small 6 square foot closet into a grow room. I'll have to keep up with your grow. Oh yea, watch out for yoyo, I've already got overwhelming loads of knowledge from him i just a few posts, he'll overload ya noggin,lol.
