Fan leaves are blue-ish? No leaf chlorosis found? Wtf!

Hey rollitup community, have a puzzle for you:

Plants are 4 weeks from seed (vegetative state), but appear to be growing slower than I am used to suddenly. They are in FFOF + Perilite 4:1, sealed up in 5 gallon smart pots. Soil Ph is consistent between 6.2 and 6.5 after watering with and without nutes. Have them under a 600W LED, 6 CO2 flood cycles during their 18/6 days (PPM caps out at 1400 before exhaust fans kick on at 85 degrees farenheit), plenty of air flow in the tent, and have been cycling FF Grow Big, Big Bloom, and 1/2 strength Microbe Brew with regular 7.0 distilled water every other watering (450-480 ppm). Temperature ranges from 70-82 daily and humidity 45-55%, both consistent.

I have no yellowing or spotting on any of the leaves (except minor nute burn from week 2+3) so it doesn't appear to be a deficiency in the normal sense. However, the older fan leaves are a distinct forest green/blue with red branches attached to the oldest ones. I've read around seeing it could be a phosphorus or sulfur deficiency, but there is no chlorosis on any of the foliage to verify that.

Am I just not used to growing indica or something? I've heard it could be genetics, but the growth has definitely slowed the more 'blue' they appear. Attached below is a picture. Will be posting in my grow journal, back tracking with the notes I took starting week 0.

Any help appreciated!
