Familiar with Tibors LED's?

Hi everybody Tibor runs a small online LED grow light shop if you dont know of him. He doesnt speak the best english but he knows his lighting. His website can be found here http://ledstores.webs.com/ and he has great prices for what appears to also be great quality.

Okay coming here with a lighting question now. I've finally decided on a 2'x2' grow space with 3' height. Would Tibor's 120 watt light yield as much as a 150 watt HPS in this area? I'd really like to go LED for reliability, power consumption, and given my height limitation how close the plants can grow to the light. However if using a 150 watt HPS in this space will still give me a better yield i might go for that.. I suppose i could fork up the cash for Tibor's 6-band 270 watt unit but i'd rather not, mainly due to its heightened power consumption. But if it's what i NEED for a decent yield then i'll do it. Tibor said the 120 watt light would be fine for this area but what do you all think?

If it's lights from this place you are decided on, then i'd roll with the "270" which days really puts out 180w which will light up your 2x2 space much better than the 120 for not much more money. That's what I would do. Can I ask what is it about these lights that appeals to you? Just curious because i've never heard of them and the website looks sloppy.

he's a friendly guy using brand names LED's and has great prices. Also he seems to know a lot about the current generation of LED grow lights on the market. What else would you recommend?

Since I was looking for an LED I took a look but his 180w has different spec that the others, but then again I don't know enought so I'll stick with what most others are using.

10 x 3 watt Red/660 nm Blackstar 660
40 x 3 watt Red /620nm Blackstar 630

Yes it seems to be a pretty modern range of grow light LED's but it is cheaper than black star, and Tibor is more honest about real wattage draw and results etc. Is there a grow light in this price range that's better is what im asking?

That's how I feel my man. I'm wondering now if I should botch it all for a 250 watt cmh. Can anyone comment on this before we buy?

There's a lot of choices for you guys. I would recommend buying from someone a bit more reputable but that's just me. It all depends on how much you are willing to spend and what size area you are looking to cover. Check out this link for a bunch of other places I'd buy from (most on that thread are pretty solid and reliable products with documented results) https://www.rollitup.org/led-other-lighting/486179-led-companies-w-links.html

Hope this helps some. CMH are always a good buy too but will run hotter.
