Extremely low humidity 2nd grow

I'm dealing with some really really low humidity right now through the winter season and starting for my 2nd grow and I my 1st in spring when humidity was getting back to 40-60% ranges even to the point the AC was dehumidify.

Currently the RH% is 25 and blow reaching as low as 10% during the hottest time in the tent due to AC failing to turn on, the room the tent sits in is 17% and I can't really control this one being in an apartment building and etc.

I have noticed when spraying my plants the fan will push some of the mist around and the humidity will go up.
I have a open room with the tent in it so I'd have to humidify the entire 200 sq ft space, or have something going.

I have bought a crane humidifier, unsure really if it's working with the exhaust fan, or do I have the humidifier outside of the tent where the air pulling in will be somewhat misting.

My tent is small, 2X4X5 Feet, and I have a table inside it just under 2X4 feet and a T5 that is almost 2X4 feet as all and the tent is between 22-27 degrees during the VEG stage. I would like to see it more around the average, 40-50% is even better then what I'm dealing with now

Is my crane humidifier really working??
Is there something I can do that will help raise it without breaking the bank?

Hey man have u thought about maybe using a HID during the winter as obvs it’s better for heat than a t5?

I don't see how a HID light will solve the humidity however I have one but the hood is 8" and no way to really exhaust it unless I put in computer fans on each side of the hood and let the heat rise in the tent. But it's only 400watt and HPS only... not MH

I'm not worried about smell as I've had 3 12" plants just out in the open before they flowered.

But still don't see how it will get my humidity higher, my room itself is 20% or less, my tent is in the room and I really heard people had to have a room that had the humidity higher but if that happened I'd have to humidify a 200sq ft room, then the AC could potentially dehumidify it as I need some way to cool my tent. If I quit using the AC I need to cool the tent as it would get up into the high 30/40 degrees C and I'm not running CO2. Etc.

I have my inline fan just pulling air from the tent without a filter on it as It pulls the air faster and it seems to cool the tent down better then with the filter on.

I however haven't yet taken my inline fan yet and reversed direction to blow air in from outside, but long story short I still would like to see a humidity of about 50% if possible...

just because they give off more heat and whenever I’ve had to raise humidity I use hps and just leave a glass of water in the tent with the lights on or jus buy a humidifier

I'll only be repeating myself.
I have a crane humidifier, idk if it's working fast enough with the exhaust fan pulling the hot air out so I can get the cold air pulled in. It's working off negative pressure, I gotta keep it on the stealth side of things,
I can't just set up exhausting out invisible windows I don't have.
I have an AC so I built a door extension opposed from a window one.
Not going up to 6" inline fan cause it's to loud
And I can't just humidify a 200sq foot room without it costing 100s I'd rather just spent on a bigger light

Raising the temp will lower the humidity even more.

I got my inline turned around and the AC hose connected to the fan so it pulls air into the tent from the winter outside, it's going to save a lot of electricity now I'm not running AC.
I'll now have to see how my humidity goes.

At night when everything turns off it raises up to 40-50%

I have a feeling I'll be spending a few 100$ no matter what.
