Hi guys
So I have a 400w full spectrum white,blue and red (3000k,5000k ,660nm and IR 760nm)
Good coverage gives good dose of light around the 4x4 tent.
If I got some T5 light bars say 4 set 2 to blue light 2 to red light and added them in would the be beneficial anyone tried it anyone have experience in it.
I'm 6days into flowering and wondering how I can really grow some fat nugs that look, smell and taste great

400 watts is less than ideal for a 4x4. Typically with LED I recommend people to shoot for at least 35 watts per square foot and you're currently sitting at 25. I'd say any supplemental light you can bring to the party is a good thing so long as all other environmental variables are in check.

I just installed these today on all 4 corners to light up my buds from all the way around.

i find 30w per ft2 to be not disappointing at all.

having said that yes you are a little underpowered in that tent but floros may not be the best way to go unless you would get full spectrum in 3000-5000K and use them for side lighting or intracanopy lighting. it would be much more effective that way and thats my two cents.

35w per sq is for good quality led.
Growing in a tent you are after tops, sidelighting doesnt help that very much.
