Expert analysis needed urgently. Black spots

Hi! I have recently found these strange black spots on the underside of some leaves. On the top of the leaf has white patches. Running temp at 80, humidity around 50% in peat moss and vermiculite. Couple of pics here. Anyone could help would be greatly appreciated.
