fellow growers know any tried, trusted methods to estimate yield 4 weeks into flowering?

Yes, you look at your plants and say "about a pound". Should get you close.

So many factors at play it's hard to tell until they're sitting on a scale. I thought about a pound on my first grow. Ended up being 1.4
