Exhausting myself with exhaust research.

I have recently started a Rubbermaid stealth grow using CFLs.. I have stacked two 50 gallon tubs ontop of eachother and lined the inside with foil tape.. im still in the construction process and would like to know the best route to take when choosing an exhaust fan and active intake/fan that a scrubber can be attatched to.

keep in mind im not an electrician.. but I can do simple electrical work if it will save me some money.

Also, should the exhaust be smaller than the intake or vice-versa?
