depends on how big your closet is, how hot is the room/outside temperature, you have to decide whether youll be using the fan as a means of cooling or just ventilating. im geussing your room is about 5x5x8 in that case your room is 200Cfm. i currently am running a Fantech FG8M 418CFM fan in a 4x4x7 tent and its working great it also has a solid state speed controller made by fantech that doesnt make a loud humming noise when dimmed. I also use a panasonic whisperline 340cfm for venting my reflector. the panasonic has very little torque since its a squirrel cage fan in a inline box and its also just as loud as the fantech so much for
"Whisperline".
