you can use a small clip on fan inside to help cool the lamps directly and then use something as small as High Tech Garden Supply that to draw air out of your cabinet / box

the 105 watt CFLs stay plenty cool with a small clip on oscilating fan blowing on them
cool enough i would say to keep them within 3 or 4 inches from the canopy.

make sure they are very secure tho i had one fall on a plant and burn the top 6 inches of it off in a matter of 30 seconds.

Damn you all are on the ball, i didnt even have my box descriptions in here. Thanks guys.

Yeah ill have to exchange the air, but will the exchange be enough to cool off the bulbs as well? Or should i have a seperate mini fan specifically for cooling? Or will my intake fans (which i plan to have blowing on the underside of the plants) be enough to cool the CFL's?

yes feet intake is actually 2 small computer fans 40-50 cfm each together with duct flashing mounted outside of box to cover fan holes hooked to 6 inch flex duct and outtake is 1 computer fan 120 cfm mounted same way with fladhing and 6 inch flex duct just make sure fans mounted inside box flashing mounted outside box and sealed your outtake cfm also should be higher than intake seems to work well for me how big is your grow area

im workin with inchs here lol. its 14x30x44...i know reeeeal small. i dont plan on doing a bunch of plants but i still expect it to get hot as balls in there. i dont think ill have to go to extensive here for an intake/exhaust system, i just have no experience with what works or not.
