do I need a temp control for my 8 inch intake fan? I am only finding controllers for the exhaust fan.

I like to run a 8 inch exhaust and run a passive intake. So if you are using it either way I would use a temp controller.
There are plenty of controllers out there, blueprint, titan.. etc I would stick with an analog one, the digital ones when power turns off they have a default reset value.
